I had a great stay at this hotel located in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were comfortable. Moreover, the location near to the Mariinsky theater allowed me to enjoy a fantastic evening of opera. The friendly staff also made my experience exceptional.

Excellent location in the city center. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close proximity to metro station and attractions. Good breakfast options available. New and well-maintained facilities. Polite and helpful service. Reasonable price for the quality

The hotel's location was great, very easily accessible by public transport. It was also reasonably priced, making it a great budget option. the rooms were clean but quite small, and the staff were friendly and polite.
There were far too many stairs to climb, and no elevator to assist with heavy luggage or for elderly travelers. the breakfast options were quite limited and not of great quality.

Some guests may find the absence of an elevator to reach the rooms on the higher floors a challenge.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming during my stay. , the location was convenient and close to major attractions. I appreciated the free coffee and tea provided to guests in the lobby.
The hotel was located on a high floor of the building and there was no elevator available. the breakfast was very basic and did not have many options.
